Get to know
I lead with vision, a high bar, and I build right beside the team.
I set the direction and a high standard, make decisions with my team without giving up the authority to make the call, then hand people real ownership: clear expectations, room to grow, a partner through the hard parts. Staying hands-on is how I keep leading well and stay ahead of where technology is going.
I started in a call center and automated my way into technology. Eleven years later I run the department, and I still write the code.
How I lead
I build the systems that make great work routine.
When I became Director, I rebuilt the processes, accountability, and culture my team runs on. The numbers below are my team’s work. The systems behind them are what I changed.
Projects my team delivered per year, after I rebuilt how we work
Same team, then a smaller one. Enterprise delivery followed the same curve, from 1 completed project to 7, with 3 more in development. I changed the systems; they did the work.
How I create value
Four places I tend to be most useful.
01
Technology leadership
Governance, accountability, and high-performing teams.
02
AI strategy & implementation
Adopted, governed, productive AI development.
03
Product & UX/UI design
I design the system and the interface to it.
04
Advisory
Senior judgment without the full-time hire.
What I build
And I stay close enough to build it myself.
Those nine are 2026 alone. One of them, Aura, is an accessibility platform I built in-house to replace per-site vendor licensing. It now runs on 10+ sites at zero marginal cost, and the savings compound with every new property the company adds.
I take on advisory engagements and contract work. I’m at my best with leaders and founders who want to get it built, not just talk about it: technology transformation, modernization, AI-enabled development, UX/UI, or a project that simply needs doing well.
Tell me what you’re trying to accomplish. It lands straight in my inbox and I reply personally.
